That when a client comes to us he is searching for a project, a solution, that he didn´t find anywhere else, or a different and unconvencional project
Our firm has the advantage that as an added value to the results of the project – on top of being published in a variety of media – they last in time, function, convocate and make our customers profit.

The reactions and surprises of those who are comfronted with the process of a different project for the first time.
That as different a project is, as difficult is the interpretation of its representation on paper. It is not always easy for the client to understand a project, so they shouldn´t doubt to ask for explanations.

We are here to contain the client and explain step by step until he/she can understand the visual presentation.
In some cases we may need to present the client with renders (computerized perspectives) when this will help the client to understand the proposal. In such cases it is worth paying the extra fee for these (renders are charged separately).

Restaurant Projects

In our restaurant projects we work with the client in defining which
Is the best way in which his idea will transform into a profitable project. We work our ideas in the application of kitchen installations, lighting, interior design and each of the points we know as defining for a successful project.

See how much we know about restaurant projects
The first step of the first interview is the exchange of information between the prospect and us.
We explain who we are, what we do and what we have done. We ask what they need, what they expect from us and what their objectives are.

The answers to these will allow us to get inside the subject that the client brings and the development he/she needs. It will also let us analize our possibilities of doing it.
The client –that doesn´t know us-will have the opportunity of finding out all the services we offer.

In the first meeting we both realice if we are compatible to start a project together.

Once over the first meeting –which we don´t charge if it is in our studio- we provide the client with graphic material with our history
If the meeting were to take place outside our studio, there will be a small fee. If the client needed more meetings before hiring us, there will be a small hourly fee.

Once the client decides to hire us, we will sign a work assignment that will include a money deposit as an advance to the final fee. The client will receive a contract for revision and a questionnaire so that we can continue interiorizing in the project.

Why a Fee?

Because for any question that the client has we must start working. Because a common question to all clients is how much he/she is going to invest. To answer this the studio will have to work on an estimate for which we will consume time and personnel.
To finish the first stage, the studio will put in order the answers to the questionary and clear any remaining doubts.

Once analyzed the questionary, it will help understand the assignment and its dimensions.
After agreeing on the fee, the next step will be signing the contract, which will include the work conditions and form of pay. When signing the contract the studio will receive an advance fee that will later on be deducted from the total.
The next step will be for the studio and client to work together on the elements of the Design Program that is one of the main stages for the whole project. Following, we will prepare the program, which should include, as precisely as possible, the needs of the client and all limitations concerning time and costs.

The first sketches usually arouse the imagination of the client, clear his ideas, call his attention on aspects that he/she hadn´t considered, and suggest new possibilities and requirenments.

Once the elements of the design program are stablished and deeply analyzed, the preliminary project with the solution is presented. This is a fundamental stage and in project of considerable dimmensions may require several weeks of work. In this stage, previous to documentation, is where research, tests and necessary prototypes and material studies, take place.
